Gamegbee for makers
Your game, accurately represented.
Gamegbee is Squid Mag’s catalogue of games made in Africa or set there. Players use it to find something to play. Makers use it to get the credits, places and links right.
Is your game already here?
Search by game, studio or maker name. When you find it, send an update from its page.
No match yet. Add your game; Squid checks it before it goes live.
What to send
- Credits. Studio or maker name as you want it written, and the people you want named.
- Places. Where it was made, where you are from, where it is set. Gamegbee keeps these apart, and a source (your site, a store page, an interview) settles each one.
- Where to play. One current link per platform: browser, a store page, a demo, or a project page if it is not out yet. Say if a link is dead or has moved.
- Dates. Release, or planned, in plain words. We show “Planned” or “First seen online” when we cannot confirm a release.
- Images and trailers. Links to material you own, and whether Squid may show it with credit. Art is shown with credit while permission is pending, and removed on request.
What happens next
Squid reads each submission, checks it against its sources and publishes the change or tells you what is missing. We cannot promise a date. Your email, if you give one, stays private.
Disagree with a credit or want art taken down? Use Tell Squid on the game’s page and include a source or an official account we can check.
What this is not
Listing is free. It does not verify your identity, give you control of the page or promise coverage, traffic or rankings. Gamegbee does not copy other directories’ descriptions or images; each record carries its own sources. See how Gamegbee decides what to include.
Part of Squid
Gamegbee sits inside Squid Mag, which covers African comics, games and animation. Listed games sometimes become stories, and your page is the one we link to.
